What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering a new decarbonisation project that will transform social housing for a sustainable future.

Your role will include:

  • Project Planning: Developing and tracking detailed project schedules to ensure accurate progress updates.
  • Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and standards.
  • Quality Management: Upholding high-quality standards by embedding them in the Quality Plan.
  • Resource Allocation: Managing resources effectively to deliver projects within defined limits.
  • Team Leadership: Creating a robust communication plan and clearly defining team roles.
  • Project Handover: Overseeing a seamless handover process and providing end-user support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated professional with proven experience in project management within the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience:
    • Experience delivering works under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, incl. EWI, Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Qualifications:
    • NVQ Level 6 or Degree in a related field.
    • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
    • Ideally, MCIOB
