Key Responsibilities:

Administering PEG feeds and associated care (experience essential)

Supporting with medication as per care plan

Assisting with personal care routines
-
Monitoring health and wellbeing, escalating concerns when needed
-
Promoting a calm, positive environment and supporting her to engage in activities she enjoys
-
Working closely with family members and the wider multidisciplinary team
-
Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding protocols
Requirements:
-
Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs, specifically PEG feeding
-
Up-to-date training in moving & handling, medication administration, infection control, safeguarding
-
A calm, patient, and respectful manner
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Enhanced DBS check
