Our client, based in Cardiff, are looking to appoint an experienced Telesales Executive to join a very well-established team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation with ambitious plans.

  • Location - Cardiff
  • Hours - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00pm
  • Salary - 24,500 per annum + Quarterly Performance Bonus Benefits

As a Telesales Executive, you will be part of the wider strategic Sales Team to generate opportunities. The target market is vast, so the potential to hit incentive-based performance targets within this role is very strong! You will be responsible for generating appointments for the Field Sales Team and converting opportunities wherever possible. You will also be required to attend and support the Sales Team at business exhibitions to promote the relevant services and help follow up on all leads. You will also be required to manage and update the CRM System.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through market research within the B2B community.
  • Conduct telesales to create new business appointments and collaborate closely with the Field Sales Team.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to understand client needs a
  • Negotiate and close business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare accurate business proposals
  • Develop strong relationships with the Service Team for smooth client onboarding.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to meet retention targets and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and achieve weekly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B2B Telesales: Minimum 2 years' experience (desirable)
  • Account Management: Minimum 2 years' experience (desirable)
  • Confident and competent using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
  • Experience maintaining and updating CRM Systems in real-time
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable due to Location)
  • Proof of Eligibility to work in the UK
