Job Description:
As an ICT Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging and innovative ICT and Computer Science lessons to secondary school students.
- Inspire future tech wizards with your knowledge of software, hardware, and digital skills.
- Contribute to curriculum development and bring a creative spark to the classroom.
- Support students in developing computational thinking—and maybe even a few killer apps.
- Work collaboratively with tech-enthusiastic colleagues and take part in whole-school ICT initiatives.
- Experience with coding (e.g. Python, HTML, JavaScript) is a definite plus – the more you bring to the (mother)board, the better!
You’ll Need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)
- EWC registration
- A love of all things digital—and a sense of humour doesn’t hurt either!
