My client is seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on general HR matters including policies, benefits, on boarding, and HR system support. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and coordinating employee engagement activities.Hybrid working 3 days on site 2 working from home Once a month travel to Stafford shire (Claim on expenses)Free car parking Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of support for general HR inquiries from employees and leadership
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, handling travel arrangements, and managing pre-employment processes
  • Support hiring managers and external recruitment agencies throughout the hiring cycle
  • Deliver a smooth on boarding experience: process new hire paperwork, review policies, and assist with induction planning
  • Maintain data accuracy in the HRIS (e.g., ADP); generate reports and monthly HR dashboards
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure information accuracy and alignment
  • Organise and support internal events such as town halls, holiday celebrations, and other employee engagement activities
  • Produce accurate monthly payroll amendments, contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
  • Support all HR administrative tasks, including employee communications and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in ad hoc HR projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:
  • Working towards CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience:
  • Previous HR experience required; experience in an HR administrative support role essential
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP), Concur, and time management systems is highly desirable
