- Act as the first line of support for general HR inquiries from employees and leadership
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, handling travel arrangements, and managing pre-employment processes
- Support hiring managers and external recruitment agencies throughout the hiring cycle
- Deliver a smooth on boarding experience: process new hire paperwork, review policies, and assist with induction planning
- Maintain data accuracy in the HRIS (e.g., ADP); generate reports and monthly HR dashboards
- Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure information accuracy and alignment
- Organise and support internal events such as town halls, holiday celebrations, and other employee engagement activities
- Produce accurate monthly payroll amendments, contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
- Support all HR administrative tasks, including employee communications and compliance documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in ad hoc HR projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Working towards CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred, or equivalent experience
- Previous HR experience required; experience in an HR administrative support role essential
- Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP), Concur, and time management systems is highly desirable
