Reed Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in St Neots is seeking a passionate and experienced Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time teaching role with full responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment.

 About the Role:

You will lead a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. The role includes:

  • Full classroom responsibility
  • Planning and delivering lessons in line with the UK curriculum
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
  • Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
 Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are welcome to apply
  • Has strong behaviour management skills
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the UK primary curriculum
  • Brings an engaging and dynamic teaching style
  • Is committed to inclusive and high-quality education
