The Role:

As Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable process. Working alongside a team of experienced finance professionals, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices with speed and precision

  • Completing timely and accurate bank reconciliations

  • Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries professionally via phone and email

  • Assisting with month-end duties and supporting the wider finance team as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar transactional finance role

  • Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders

  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment

  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
