We are seeking a professional and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our clients team at their Stafford office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively upselling through regular client engagement
  • Deliver tailored product/service recommendations to meet client needs
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Ideal candidate

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Confident in engaging with decision-makers
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity and performance
