This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading company that design, manufacture, and install some of the worlds most advanced automated processing solutions. This company supply into a diverse range of industries and sectors and supply into some of the biggest companies and household names in the country.

They now require an additional Field Service Engineer with a mechanical bias to provide exceptional service to their client base throughout the UK. You will be required to perform on-site inspections, site surveys, maintenance and service, installations, commissioning, and customer training. This is varied role and offers you the chance to work with a genuine market leader and work on some of the most advanced and exciting facilities in the UK.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite installation, validation, and commissioning for new machinery on customer sites
* Provide high-level technical support and expertise onsite for the customer along with any trouble shooting, service and repair of machinery and equipment
* Provide onsite training for customers
* Prepare report sheets with detailing information in a timely manner
* Work on a variety of vertical elevating equipment such as, pallet hoists, boxlifters, and bucket elevators.
* Covering the whole of the UK with regular stay away and occasional weekend and night work

Knowledge, Skills, and experience

* Experience working in field service will be beneficial to any candidate applying.
* Engineering qualifications
* Mechanical bias
* Experience working on material handling equipment and conveyor systems
* Excellent fault finding and problem-solving ability
* Knowledge and experience of production processes and equipment
