Production Operative

We are seeking multiple skilled Production Operatives to work for one of our well established clients in the Stafford area. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling fence panels using hand and power tools such a nail gun, jigsaw and compressor ensuring that all operations meet quality standards and production schedules. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.

Duties

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in production processes to supervisors promptly.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
