A new opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Team Manager to join a well-established and respected logistics and supply chain business at their Stafford site.
This is a pivotal role for an individual with a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for all Health & Safety and environmental matters during your shift.
Provide clear communication and strong leadership to support and motivate colleagues.
Oversee the coordination and effective handover between rotating shifts.
Interpret customer needs and ensure effective operational delivery.
Ensure appropriate resource levels and maintain a well-trained workforce.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service and strive to exceed expectations.
Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and positive behaviours.
Encourage a proactive, 'can-do' attitude across your team.
Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Promote inclusion, respect, and diversity within the team.
Drive and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and review KPIs to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory or team leadership role.
A confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety compliance.
A proactive mindset with a focus on performance, improvement, and results.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Salary: 29,000 - 32,000 per annum, dependent on experience plus possible shift allowances
Shift Pattern: Rotating Days (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)
