Job Description: Service Manager - Mental Health

Position: Permanent, full-time
Salary: 40,000 per annum + car allowance
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Staffordshire, UK. As a Service Manager within our supported living facility for adults with mental health needs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported living facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsLead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and support as neededDevelop and implement individual care plans for residents, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teamMonitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making necessary adjustments and improvements as neededManage the budget and resources of the facility, ensuring efficient and effective use of fundsDevelop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholdersParticipate in the recruitment, training, and development of staff membersEnsure all records and documentation are accurate and up-to-dateRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within a mental health care settingNVQ Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualificationStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individualsSound knowledge of mental health conditions and their impact on individualsProven experience in budget management and resource allocationKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirementsWe offer a competitive salary of 40,000 per annum, along with a car allowance and opportunities for professional development and career progression within our organization.
