We're on the hunt for experienced, reliable chefs to jump into flexible temporary work ASAP in Stafford. This is ideal for those juggling other commitments, or anyone looking for something more ongoing - with the possibility of permanent opportunities down the line!
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
? Previous chef experience
? Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)
? Own chef whites and knives
? Passion for food and a flair for flavour
? Confidence to run a kitchen section solo
? Great teamwork and communication skills
? A proactive, hands-on attitude
? Willingness to help with all areas - including cleaning duties
? Reliable, organised, and ready to get stuck in
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
?? Prepping and cooking food to high standards
?? Putting away stock and deliveries
?? Keeping your section clean and hygienic
?? Washing utensils and managing cleanliness
?? Storing and sorting ingredients correctly
?? Reporting any issues to the relevant people
