NURSERY PRACTIONER

6MONTH CONTRACT
Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Support childrenās learning and development through play, interaction, and creative activities.
-
Observe and assess childrenās progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
-
Ensure that children are safe, healthy, and happy while in the nursery's care.
-
Work as part of a dynamic team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both children and families.
-
Assist with the planning and preparation of age-appropriate activities.
-
Support children with their personal care needs, including meal times and toileting.
-
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential.

A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
-
A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
-
DBS check required (we can support you in obtaining one).
