My client is looking for a proactive and personable Junior Client Manager to join their team as they continue to grow. You would be working with a firm that provides tailored accounting, tax and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. They are passionate about building lasting relationships and helping their clients achieve their financial goals.

Role Summary

As a Junior Client Manager, you will support senior team members in managing client portfolios, handling day-to-day communication, and ensuring smooth delivery of accounting and advisory services. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in accounting who enjoys client interaction and is looking to grow their career in a dynamic firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of small business clients
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support on the review of financial statements, tax returns and other compliance work.
  • Review cleint accounts.
  • Help coordinate workflow and deadlines for client work
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in practice management systems
  • Attend client meetings alongside senior manager and take follow-up actions

Requirements:

Experience in an accounting or professional services firm

ACCA Qualified

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements

Proficiency with accounting software

High attention to detail and organisation skills
