Excellent opportunity for a driven Construction Site Manager to join a reputable and expanding commercial construction company, delivering retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments across the UK. You will oversee site-based operations from mobilisation to handover, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and programme control.

This role offers a clear career development pathway to Contracts Manager, giving you exposure to the full project lifecycle while building long-term leadership skills. With a healthy pipeline of secured commercial projects, you'll be stepping into a forward-thinking environment that prioritises internal progression and operational excellence.

Your role as Construction Site Manager will include:

• Leading commercial construction sites from set-up through to completion
• Managing subcontractors, site safety, quality assurance and programme delivery
• Collaborating with contracts, commercial, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution

The successful Construction Site Manager will have:

• Proven site management experience within commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience in any of the following - steel structures, groundworks, fit-outs, refurbishments
