My client is a very well-established and thriving business, currently experiencing particularly high growth.They are well-respected and renowned in their field for supplying specialist equipment to various industries for horticultural purposes. * Process parts sales orders * Assist in dealing with Service/Used machine sales enquiries * Deal with enquiries and sales orders from website * Work with colleagues to ensure customer queries, issues and orders are handled quickly and efficiently * Recording and processing of warranty claimsRequirements * Previous experience working within a spare parts or service environment * A strong team ethic * Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is essential.
