KM Recruitment is seeking a Dental Nursing Tutor Assessor, either trainee or qualified, located in the West Midlands/Staffordshire.
The salary for this full-time, permanent position is up to £27,000, depending on skills and experience.
Candidates should ideally hold a recognised Assessor award and must have a Dental Healthcare qualification at Level 3 or above, registered with the GDC.
The role involves assessing and supporting learners towards the Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing, managing documentation, and providing motivational support.
A full, clean driving license and flexibility with travel are also required for this position.

Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (not essential, as our client will put the successful candidate through the Assessor qualification!)
Must hold a Dental Healthcare qualification at Level 3 or above, and be registered with the GDC.
Hold occupational competency in Dental Healthcare.
Confident with classroom / small group-based delivery
Confident to support learners with Maths and English Functional Skills (as required).
Must have a good level of ICT skills
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards the Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing – both in the workplace and classroom-based setting
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
