Behaviour Officer – Full Time
Start Date: After October Half Term 2025
Location: Stafford

Tara Professional Recruitment is seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Officer to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Stafford area from after October half term.

This important role will involve working closely with students to support positive behaviour, helping them re-engage with learning and achieve their potential. While this position is well-suited to an experienced Teaching Assistant, the school is also open to applications from qualified teachers looking to take on a more pastoral and behaviour-focused role.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position starting after October half term

  • Working with students to support behaviour and engagement in learning

  • Liaising with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families to ensure a consistent approach

  • Providing tailored support to students with a range of needs, including those with SEN or behavioural challenges

What We’re Looking For:
