Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, the successful candidate will deliver tailored interventions designed to boost confidence, develop key skills, and improve academic outcomes for pupils in Key Stage 2.The role involves working with small groups and individual pupils, focusing on core areas such as literacy and numeracy, to reinforce learning and build essential skills.
