We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team in a long-term capacity, across Stafford, supporting pupils in a warm, inclusive, and well-resourced environment.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work one-on-one and in small groups to provide personalised support that meets the unique needs of each pupil. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team, helping to deliver a creative, ambitious curriculum that encourages independence and celebrates every achievement-no matter how big or small.
This role is ideal for someone who believes in inclusive education and is ready to build a meaningful bond that helps a pupil feel safe, confident, and able to succeed.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in accessing a broad and balanced curriculum
- Assisting with the implementation of personalised learning plans
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Helping maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
What we're looking for:
We want a Teaching Assistant who is patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people with SEND/SEMH. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but above all, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
In Return, You'll receive:
- A welcoming and supportive team culture
- Dedicated consult to help guide your career
- The chance to make a daily difference in pupils' lives
- A long-term role where your impact truly matters
