They are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant solutions.In this position, you will report directly to the Technical Manager and be responsible for supervising up to 40 engineers, with the support of an Assistant Supervisor. You will coordinate daily operations, manage subcontractors, and take ownership of quoting works from commercial EICRs. This role also includes material ordering, profit evaluation, and technical auditing.This is a great opportunity for a commercially experienced supervisor who is confident managing large teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of installation and remedial.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise up to 40 engineers and oversee daily operations
  • Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors
  • Produce remedial quotations based on EICR reports
  • Order materials and monitor project costs and profit margins
  • Report to the Technical Manager and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Commercial supervisory experience (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial inspection & testing
  • Ability to manage and audit subcontractors and internal teams
  • Fully electrically qualified with 18th Edition & City & Guilds 2391
  • Office based Experience
  • NECIEC Qualified Supervisor
