Our client is part of a global group and entering an exciting growth phase, as such they are looking to recruit a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Stafford.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring their customers receive a smooth and efficient service at all times — managing sales orders and liaising with distributors, Field Sales Managers and internal colleagues to maintain their next-day delivery promise.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders using an SAP system

Handling customer enquiries via email and phone

Providing delivery updates and Proofs of Delivery (PODs)

Ensuring a seamless experience for all customers
Requirements
We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and working independently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and communication.
Essential skills:

Confident using email and IT systems (training provided for SAP)
