As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist you will be at the heart of a dynamic team, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a stimulating environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.Key Responsibilities:- Proactive Customer Engagement: Utilise various tools such as phone, email, Teams, and webinars to engage with existing and potential customers. Develop strategic plans to expand business and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.- Customer Service Excellence: Collaborate with colleagues across Administration, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to deliver exemplary customer service. Lead customer interactions, particularly with procurement and clinical stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries are managed efficiently.- Sales Focus: Maintain detailed account plans and a comprehensive CRM database.
