Please note: this is a FTC until Dec 2023 (subject to extension)

You will be managing a team of 2 staff members at HMP Drake Hall and will be responsible for delivering tailored interventions for the service-users to help them reintegrate back into society.

As a Senior Custody Reintegration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and reintegration process. You will have the opportunity to manage two dedicated staff members and will also have a caseload of your own so you must be hands-on. Your compassion and expertise will guide you as you provide comprehensive case management services to your assigned caseload. By developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans, you will empower service-users to make positive changes. Additionally, you will set monthly targets and monitor progress to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
  • Previous management experience or a criminal justice/employability/W2W background, preferably with experience working in prisons.
  • A natural talent for managing and supporting a team of staff members, fostering their growth and success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish meaningful connections with inmates and colleagues.
  • A deep commitment to promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into society.
  • Access to own vehicle to facilitate your work at HMP Drake Hall.
