Please note: this is a FTC until Dec 2023 (subject to extension)
You will be managing a team of 2 staff members at HMP Drake Hall and will be responsible for delivering tailored interventions for the service-users to help them reintegrate back into society.
As a Senior Custody Reintegration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and reintegration process. You will have the opportunity to manage two dedicated staff members and will also have a caseload of your own so you must be hands-on. Your compassion and expertise will guide you as you provide comprehensive case management services to your assigned caseload. By developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans, you will empower service-users to make positive changes. Additionally, you will set monthly targets and monitor progress to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes.

- Previous management experience or a criminal justice/employability/W2W background, preferably with experience working in prisons.
- A natural talent for managing and supporting a team of staff members, fostering their growth and success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish meaningful connections with inmates and colleagues.
- A deep commitment to promoting the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into society.
- Access to own vehicle to facilitate your work at HMP Drake Hall.
