Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to promote a proactive safety culture and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Health and Safety management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of HS regulations and best practises, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging employees at all levels.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
