Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Lead training programmes to educate employees about safety practises and environmental responsibility.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a proactive safety culture and address any concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an Health and Safety management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HS regulations and best practises, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging employees at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
