Tonic are assisting our client's search for a General Manager to join their pub operation in Stafford. This pub has lots of character and charm and is a firm favourite among locals and visitors. The pub offers a selection of guest ales and fresh food daily. Youll need experience within a pub, managing large teams. As General Manager, you'll lead the team from the front and build on the company's excellent reputation.
- Salary up to £40,000 per annum
- Achievable bonus of up to £7,000 per annum

What we are looking for in the General Manager candidates:
- A proven track record of management experience within a similar quality environment
- You must hold a valid personal licence
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Experience with real ale, cellar management, and premium spirits is essential
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
- A true passion for hospitality and the customer journey
- Food background would be desirable
