Warehouse Supervisor

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor for a well known distribution organisation in Stafford.

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.

You will be required to work rotating shifts - 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00.

In order to be considered for this role, you will:

• Be able to communicate effectively with your team
• Ensure you display and instil a 'can-do' attitude
• Ensure compliance to SOPs
• Ensure all internal / external KPI's are achieved and reviewed regularly
• Complete 'tool box' talks and set the team for the shift ahead
• Co-ordinate handovers between shifts
• Translate, analyse and deliver customer requirements effectively
• Deliver consistent service levels
• Be responsible for all health and safety

Skills and requirements:

• You must have experience in a similar role
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have strong analytical and numerical skills
• Be an excellent communicator
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Work without direct supervision
• Be comfortable with the use of microsoft packages including Word and Excel

Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (rotating weekly).

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000

Permanent role, available immediately.
