Shift Pattern:
- Week1: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
- Week2: Mon - Fri 2pm-10pm
Warehouse Team Manager (Rotating Shifts) - Requirements
- An experienced manager or team leader within a fast paced - warehouse, pick/pack or distribution environment.
- Good English and literacy required
- Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders in the business
- As a team member, you will bring your energy, positivity and enthusiasm to the team.
- As a team leader, your will demonstrate strong leadership, set an example at all times and motivate the team.
Warehouse Team Manager (Rotating Shifts) - Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of Warehouse team members to ensure that KPIs are met regards productivity, time, cost and quality of work ensuring that Health and Safety is always a priority.
- You will ensure the smooth running of the operation driving yourself and your team members to succeed.
- Focus on your own growth and development within the role and the organisation.
- Responsible for ensuring team members receive daily business communications and keeping the team motivated by delivering the company staff engagement plans.
