About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll be the go-to expert for process optimisation, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This is your chance to influence core manufacturing practices while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
Support and lead process improvements and equipment enhancements.
Monitor and analyse equipment and process performance, addressing issues proactively.
Implement engineering changes, including parts and process updates.
Provide ongoing engineering support across planning, operations, and maintenance.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing safety, quality, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and routine maintenance.
A proactive approach to safety, with experience promoting and auditing compliance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
