Ivy Resource Group is seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee new build housing projects in Stafford. This is a permanent role offering up to 80,000 plus package, ideal for someone with a strong background in timber frame construction and volume residential builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on new build housing developments
Oversee subcontractors, direct labour, and material coordination
Drive the build programme to meet time, budget, and quality targets
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external consultants
Conduct regular progress meetings and maintain site documentation
Deliver high standards of finish and ensure a smooth handover process
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on new build housing schemes
Timber frame construction experience is essential
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications
Excellent knowledge of build programmes, quality control, and health & safety
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence required
