Multi-Skilled Plasterer

Location: Stafford and Surrounding Areas
Hours: 40 per week
Pay Rate: 20 per hour (Company Van Supplied)
Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approx. 3-6 Months - POSSIBLE TEMP TO PERM

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work with a leading Housing Association, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on domestic social housing properties across Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work while providing excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out skimming, patch plastering, and general plaster repairs.
  • Undertake basic plumbing and carpentry work as required.
  • Complete touch-up painting and finishing to a professional standard.
  • Work independently and efficiently across multiple occupied and void properties.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plastering (time-served tradesmen may be considered).
  • Proven experience in plastering and general maintenance.
  • Experience working within social housing, housing associations, or council properties.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive a company van.
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
