Location: Stafford and Surrounding Areas
Hours: 40 per week
Pay Rate: 20 per hour (Company Van Supplied)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Approx. 3-6 Months - POSSIBLE TEMP TO PERM
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to work with a leading Housing Association, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on domestic social housing properties across Staffordshire.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work while providing excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out skimming, patch plastering, and general plaster repairs.
- Undertake basic plumbing and carpentry work as required.
- Complete touch-up painting and finishing to a professional standard.
- Work independently and efficiently across multiple occupied and void properties.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plastering (time-served tradesmen may be considered).
- Proven experience in plastering and general maintenance.
- Experience working within social housing, housing associations, or council properties.
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to drive a company van.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
