SF Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer, to join a growing business in Burton on an initial 6 month contract to permanent basis, should you perform well. This role is office based, with working hours of 37.5 per week Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times and offering a salary of up to circa £40,000. Our client is currently about to undergo a huge project of system implementations, so applications from candidates who have experience of integration is most encouraged. As the Payroll Officer you will be responsible for: - Assisting with processing the company payroll to include - Processing weekly timesheets for approximately 300 employees - Calculate holiday and sick pay - Process all statutory payments - Assist with weekly payroll reports - Maintain personnel records and assist with HR administration. - At month end you will be expected to assist with any ad hoc invoice processing. - Support with system implementation. The ideal candidate for this position will come from a solid payroll processing background and will be able to hit the ground running having completed all of the above duties in previous roles.
