An exciting opportunity has developed with a national contractor working in Staffordshire as an M&E Quantity Surveyor. You will be office based and to site occasionally 1 day a week. This role will suit someone with approx 2-3 years experience as a mechanical / electrical Quantity Surveyor and looking for more responsibility.

You will be joining a successful and secure client who have been striving within the Mechanical and Electrical sectors for decades. As well as working in a team and reporting to the Commercial Manager

You will ideally already have experience within the commercial environment and a good understanding of processing invoices and co-ordination of sub-contractors as well as knowledge of NEC forms of contracts will be advantageous

You will be responsible for creating invoices, preparing estimates, procurement and dealing with new orders due to the success of the business. It is imperative that you have excellent IT experience and able to use spreadsheets
