Vehicle Inspector
£16.50 per hour
We are currently looking to expand our team and are recruiting for a Vehicle Inspector. Working directly for us, you will join one of our established teams of technicians and quality assurance personnel and will be responsible for providing an effective quality inspection and Pre-Delivery Inspection service on completed vehicles.
As specialist in the Automotive industry, we pride ourselves on the service we deliver to our customers across the UK. This fantastic opportunity is for our client who is the largest lightweight commercial vehicle convertor in the UK.
This Vehicle inspector role, based in Stafford, requires you to:
Audit completed conversions against sales specifications.
Pre delivery inspection on finished new retrofitted vehicles, against build / order sheets.
Confirm that the vehicle has been kitted with all the correct equipment, storage, safety equipment and finished with the correct livery.
Assist with cleaning & preparation ready for onward delivery to the customer.
Applicants will ideally have experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements for Vehicle Inspector
Previous vehicle inspection experience would be beneficial.
A full clean driving licence
Numerate, Computer literate
Attention to detail.
In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic hourly rate of £16.50 per hour
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a basic DBS criminal record check.
