What You'll Do:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights
  • Assisting with audits and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (preferably in engineering)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
