We are currently recruiting on behalf of Staffordshire County Council for a Qualified Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join their Assessment & Staying Together Team 2 in Stafford. This is a frontline Childrens Social Work role suited for an experienced and motivated practitioner committed to safeguarding and supporting children and young people.

Key Requirements:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, preferably within a Childrens Assessment Team or similar setting
Confident managing a caseload of increased complexity with some autonomy
Resilient, reliable, and able to engage effectively with multi-agency partners
Able to commute to the office with access to local parking and town centre car parks
