- PAYE: £15.08 per hour
- Umbrella: £16.28 per hour
- Manage a caseload in line with Youth Justice Board Case Management and Risk Policy.
- Prepare high-quality reports for court and attend court as needed.
- Deliver 1:1 and group interventions addressing issues such as substance misuse, reparation, and resettlement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partner agencies.
- Contribute to restorative justice practices and ensure compliance with national standards.
- Provide support to young people at risk of offending, including multi-agency responses to complex needs like homelessness or substance misuse.
- Relevant qualifications/experience in youth work or criminal justice.
- Proven experience in face-to-face work with young people.
- Understanding of the Criminal Justice System and current youth justice legislation.
- Excellent communication, engagement, and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
