Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across relevant key stages
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support strong progress
- Set high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge students
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively
- Contribute to the wider life of the organisation and support its strategic development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve outcomes and share best practice
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional conduct
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for your specialism
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS check required
