MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a permanent position to work for a market leading company located at Heathrow.

The successful candidate will also have quantity surveying experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of all commercial and contractual aspects on the Airport projects.
• Management of the NEC4 contract to deliver the project financials to planned targets.
• Management of project budgets and internal/external reporting requirements as necessary.
• Commercial and contract management of the airport projects
• Full understanding of contract, scope of supply and related budgets
• Control of change management process
• Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
• Managing a commercial team across airport projects
• Protecting/maximizing company returns on the projects

Background and Qualification:

• Strong management and organisational skills
• Excellent project management and negotiating skills
• NEC4 Experience
• Experience leading multi-million-pound projects
• Baggage Handling or Heathrow experience is desirable
• Qualified Quantity Surveyor / Member of the institute of chartered surveyors.
