About the Role:
As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Area Manager by overseeing key engineering activities across the site. You will be responsible for driving health and safety standards, fostering strong communication between technical teams, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring financial control within your remit.
Your leadership will be critical in building and maintaining a skilled, motivated, and collaborative engineering team while upholding the site’s technical values and operational priorities. You will be recognised as a primary technical resource, managing planned and unplanned engineering situations with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Health & Safety activities within your area.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Technical Services and Operations teams.
- Support marketing efforts where needed within your area of influence.
- Monitor and control financial performance related to your scope.
- Develop and mentor a technically strong and committed team.
- Champion core Technical Services values and ensure alignment with site priorities.
- Act as a trusted technical resource in managing operational challenges and events.
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory technical and safety requirements.
- Assist in planning and delivering annual engineering objectives and KPIs.

- Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering.
- Ability to plan and prepare engineering activities effectively throughout the season.
- Excellent communication and behavioural competencies to inspire and support your team.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, operational environment is a plus.
