About the Role: 

I am recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for my client based in Staines with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service environments such as retail, hospitality, or contact centres. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and resolve first-line support issues.
  • Handle provider and insurer issues (e.g., code maps, validation, training).
  • Perform claim auditing and user account administration.
  • Comply with service procedures and data protection.
  • Support system rollouts and testing.
  • Escalate severe issues to second-level support.
  • Assist with data gathering and pre-sales enquiries.
  • Manage specialist acquisition and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Windows OS and web-based tech
  • Experience in customer service
  • Healthcare industry and SAAS experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Empathy, patience, and customer focus.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
  • Team-oriented and proactive.
