About the Role:
As the Ocean Freight Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ocean export logistics. From completing CDS export entries to coordinating with co-loaders and using shipping line portals, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of global shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end ocean freight export processes
- Complete and manage CDS export entries
- Work with co-loaders and manage bookings through shipping line portals
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to maintain efficient operations
- Take full responsibility for your department’s output and performance
Requirements:
- Proficiency in BoxTop and ASM Sequoia systems
- Strong knowledge of CDS export procedures
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
