As our HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle and HR processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Creating and issuing contracts, letters, and official documents for new and existing employees.

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records on the HRIS and relevant databases.

Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to employee queries promptly.

Coordinating employee recognition efforts, including birthday cards, gifts, and awards.

Managing employee benefits enrolments, including generating quotes and maintaining records.
-
Supporting recruitment processes: arranging interviews, liaising with candidates, and keeping systems updated.

Organising training courses and maintaining learning and development records.
-
Assisting with company social and cultural activities.

Supporting ad hoc HR projects with timely and accurate administrative support.

Preparing data reports for engagement surveys and HR metrics.

Conducting right to work checks and DSE assessments, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

CIPD Level 3 qualification or a degree in HR or Business Administration (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using HRIS systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a people-focused approach.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Comfortable working both independently from home and collaboratively in the office (1-2 days/week).
