- Manage a diverse and comprehensive private client caseload.
- Take on leadership responsibilities by heading a division within the Private Client Department.
- Supervise and mentor more junior members of team
- Contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the firm’s strong reputation in private client services.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other professionals, including accountants, financial advisers, and care agencies, to provide well-rounded advice to clients.
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP Member with substantial experience in Private Client law.
- Ideally, 4-5 years of experience in managing a diverse caseload of private client matters.
- Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume caseload independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers.
- Strong IT skills.
- Proven financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
