This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Job Role –
  • Provide general administrative support, including document collation and managing spreadsheets.
  • Monitor team inboxes and allocate tasks accordingly.
  • Handle initial customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
  • Track ongoing cases and liaise with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Arrange appointments and provide updates to customers.
  • Raise repair requests and purchase orders while managing invoices.
Candidate Requirements –
  • Proven background in a fast-paced, housing or properly management administrative environment.
  • Strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and intermediate IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
