Location: Staines

Full Time Permanent

Salary up to £37,800 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)

 

Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a leading social housing contractor, delivering high-quality plastering repairs and finishes across occupied and void properties.

Day to day duties:

  • Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied/ occupied properties 
  • Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – Preparing and plastering wall, boarding, bonding, rendering, Skimming, Painting & Decorating
  • Providing high levels of customer care at all times

 

Role Criteria:

  • Experience in Plastering
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License
  • Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent communication and Customer service skills

 

Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement of employment.
 

To drive a comapny vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
