Resourcer – Horticulture DivisionEgham | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Full-TimeUp to 35k Base DOE plus commission Join a thriving recruitment agency with a busy horticulture desk!A well-established and growing recruitment business in Egham is looking for a motivated and organised Resourcer to support their fast-paced Horticulture Division. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow their recruitment career.What you’ll be doing:
  • Proactively source, screen and register candidates for horticultural roles (e.g. landscaping, grounds maintenance, nursery work)
  • Write and post engaging job adverts, and search databases for suitable candidates
  • Support consultants with candidate compliance and onboarding
  • Maintain regular contact with temporary workers and build strong relationships
  • Handle a high volume of roles and work reactively to client requirements
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or admin (preferred)
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using job boards, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
