- Proactively source, screen and register candidates for horticultural roles (e.g. landscaping, grounds maintenance, nursery work)
- Write and post engaging job adverts, and search databases for suitable candidates
- Support consultants with candidate compliance and onboarding
- Maintain regular contact with temporary workers and build strong relationships
- Handle a high volume of roles and work reactively to client requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or admin (preferred)
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident using job boards, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
