Position: Science Teacher (Permanent/Supply/Day to Day)Location: Staines, SurreyYear Group: KS3 / KS4 / (KS5 optional, any specialism welcome)Salary: £33,075 - £50,471 per annum / £150 - £250 per dayContract: Permanent / Supply / Day to Day
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 optional)
- Inspire curiosity and scientific thinking in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
- Support students of all abilities to achieve strong academic outcomes
- Create a positive and safe learning environment for practical and theoretical work
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and innovative Science department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related)
- ESSENTIAL - QTS or equivalent and experience teaching in a Secondary School
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to raising achievement and delivering high-quality lessons
