A leading manufacturer of engineering components and devices is looking for a Service Manager to Manage the service department due to growth.
The Service Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient Service Delivery and customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing tailored solutions to customers
- Expanding the department’s service offering with clients
- An escalation point for customer issues within the service department
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests
- Prepare and analyse data and reports on service performance and improvement areas.
The ideal Service Manager will have:
- Experience working in a busy service department
- Excellent customer service experience
- Experience working with engineers and other departments for collaboration
- A forward thinking approach, to help the business improve service offerings.
